These terms apply when you request a quote from, book, or receive services from DS Pressure Washing ("we", "us"), an owner-operated pressure washing service in New Port Richey, Florida. By using dspressurewashpasco.com or booking a job, you agree to them.
Our flat-rate prices cover standard, unpainted, unsealed concrete or paver driveways of the size you select, plus the walkway to your front entry landing. If the photos you send or the surface we find on arrival is materially different — for example an oversized pad, painted or sealed concrete, or heavy rust or oil staining — we will confirm any change in price with you before starting work, never after. A quote is valid for 30 days.
You don't need to be home. Please move vehicles off the driveway and make sure an outdoor water spigot is accessible and turned on. If we arrive and cannot access the driveway or water, we may need to reschedule.
Pressure washing depends on the weather. If lightning, heavy rain or a freeze makes it unsafe or ineffective, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to the day before your appointment by replying to your confirmation email or text, or by calling (727) 365-9250.
Payment is due when the job is complete, by cash, card or Zelle. We do not require a deposit for standard driveway jobs.
Pressure washing removes mildew, algae, dirt and most tire marks. Some stains — such as rust, oil that has soaked into the concrete, paint, or discoloration in the concrete itself — may lighten but not fully disappear. We will tell you if we see something we don't expect to come out. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us within 7 days and we will come back and take another look.
By checking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive SMS messages from DS Pressure Washing about your quote, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups about your service request, at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information; we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties.
We carry out every job with reasonable care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or deteriorating surfaces, or items left on the driveway or walkway. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job.
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.
