DS Pressure Washing ("we", "us") is an owner-operated pressure washing service in New Port Richey, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you use dspressurewashpasco.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you request a quote or book a job we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about your driveway or other surfaces, any photos you upload, and any notes you add. If you contact us by phone, text or email we keep a record of that conversation. Our website also collects basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through standard web logs and cookies.
We use your information to send you your quote, schedule and perform the work, send booking confirmations and appointment reminders, answer your questions, invoice you, ask for feedback after a job, and keep our own business records. We do not sell your personal information.
If you check the consent box on our quote form or otherwise ask us to text you, we may send you SMS messages about your quote, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We use service providers to run the business: a customer-management and messaging platform that stores your information and sends our emails and texts, a payment processor if you pay by card, and standard website hosting. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or safety.
We keep quote and job records for as long as we need them for business, tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Our services are for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
